I have had $750ish withheld over the course of 2 years (2023, 2024, now coming up on 2025) in state taxes not sent to me, even though the acc# and routing# are the same for both federal and state taxes on my end. What do I do? I've contacted the IRS last 2 years, no answers. Turbo tax doesn't have any suggestions that help.

The IRS would have no knowledge concerning a state tax refund.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

The IRS is not involved with your state tax return. The IRS is only concerned with your federal tax return. Your state return is processed by your state. Contact the state.
