Tax Return Printout

I need my 2024 SC tax return printed to prove my residency in my home. I downloaded the file, but can't open it, I think it's incomplete. Can this be fixed or is there another way to get a printout of my tax return?

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

When viewing the PDF download the state tax return will be located directly below the federal tax return forms, schedules and worksheets.
