No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

And click on Offer Details above the blue Start for Free Online button. And you don't have to pay until you file.

The most likely outcomes of not filing by the deadline---you just abandon the account and the return and do not pay anything, since you pay just before filing,

Or...you miss the deadline for the discount and pay full fee for the Full Service--at whatever rate is in effect at the time that you finally file.
