Go to your state’s website to see information about your refund. TurboTax gets no information about that.

No one in the user forum can access your account. You have to look at your own state return or your own account to see the amount of your state refund.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
