My ex-husband filed our taxes under his account. Is there a way I can get a copy of my 2023 filing if it's under his account?

I went to the irs site and received a transcript of the filing but it doesn't have all the info I need to file for fasfa.

You need the account and user ID in order to access a tax return that was prepared using TurboTax online; or if he used desktop download software, the tax files are stored only on the computer that was used to prepare the return.

If you were still married in 2023, you can seek a copy of the return from the IRS:

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of your tax return.
