Were you recently working on a 2024 online return? Has the return been filed or not? Online TurboTax closed down for the preparation and filing of 2024 returns as of midnight last night. As of November 1, to continue working on a 2024 return that hasn't been filed, one would need to download the *.tax2024 data file from Online TurboTax and open it in installed desktop software. Efiling is now closed, so a 2024 return would need to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed. If you already paid for Online TurboTax, TurboTax Support "should" provide you a copy of the 2024 desktop software to finish your return.
