Turbo tax why would it not be deposited the same account u sent the advance to? Not to mention u prefill that direct deposit routing and account number in? I'd like my taxes plus the $300 spent for me to completely prepare my own taxes

2023? If you chose to receive a refund advance loan, then you also had to agree to have that loan and the remainder of your refund direct deposited to a Credit Karma card. Did you receive the advance last year in 2024 for the 2023 tax return? What does the IRS refund site show for the 2023 refund?

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
