In 2022 and 2023 we had your "experts" do our taxes. They made two serious errors on our Idaho state income tax return. The audit means we owe about $300, some of it interest and penalties. By comparison, we used TurboTax software in 2024 and it made no mistakes. I feel TurboTax owes us the interest and penalties and refund for the "expert" help that was not really expert for 20222 and 2023. To whom should I direct this request for assistance? Or should I just warn everyone that your "experts" really are not experts and turn to a local professional next year?
