I keep getting rejection codeIND-995.

I have been rejected 3 times for this reason. I thought it had been corrected with no luck. What can I do now to fix it? I need to know my next steps Do I need to mail this in, and if so, to which address? I live in Florid,a it states I need to send it austin texas. Can you confirm if that is correct?

The IRS has rejected the return because the 6-digit Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) is either missing or incorrect.

To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
