TurboTax expert advised I should see the Amended State Return in the Documents section; however, the amended state return does not show.

If I try to start another amendment, TTonline states I’m doing a reamendment (again).

The state of IND says it may take up to 12 weeks before I see anything online.

Is there another way to confirm if an amendment has been completed and submitted other than looking in the Documents section of TT online?

If you tried to e-file the amended state return, you should have received an email letting you know if your return was successfully transmitted or not. If you did not receive this email, you can contact us and ask an agent to verify whether your amended return was submitted or not.

If you mailed your amended state return in, you will need to wait for the state to process the return and check their website for updates.
