Failed to Load PDF

In TurboTax Business 2024, whenever I try to save a Print Form or Save PDF (8453-PE, K-1, etc.), I get an

Error: Failed to Load PDF

It seems like it is trying to write to a path that it does not have access.

C:\Program Files\TurboTax\Business 2024\TurboTax

I looked at this directory and see several 0KB pdf files.

I have tried restarting Windows, reinstalling TurboTax, reconnecting OneDrive, but nothing works. Please help!

that path should not be used since it's to the actual program folder. don't know why Tutrbotax is pointing you there.

it's really a question of where you want to save a pdf copy of the actual tax forms. usually that would be as files or in a folder under c:\users\user name\documents\.....................

there is a folder under that labeled TurboTax but that's for the TurboTax actual tax files like xxxxx.tax2024

Don't save to OneDrive. Go up to File-Save As and save it to the C:drive under Documents/Turbo Tax. You should have a Turbo Tax folder under Documents.
