Ask a clearly worded specific question to get some help--instead of just asking vaguely if anyone else has a problem.

A lot of people have problems of various kinds with their tax returns. Does that answer your question? Is that really all you want to know?

If you have a problem, is the problem with your tax return or with your refund? Your tax return is the form you send to the government that shows your income and calculates your tax. The money the government sends back to you is your refund.
