Hi, I filed an amendment fort my 2022 return. It shows no money owed or due for my state return. Do I still need to mail it in, like it is requesting, or can I just skip the mailing since the amendment doesn't affect my state return at all? Thanks

If the changes you made do not affect your state return, then you do not have to amend the state.

Do I need to amend?
