Your federal refund comes from the IRS treasury departmen...

Your federal refund comes from the
IRS treasury department while your state refund will come from your state
treasury department. They generally come at separate times.

You can use your State
Department of Revenue's website to check the status of your state
tax refund. Processing times vary from state to state and it's not
uncommon to receive your federal refund before state; or vice versa.

If it's been longer than 21 days since you
filed your return, consider contacting the IRS directly to inquire about the
status of your tax return. You will find the contact number listed in the
TurboTax FAQ below: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302084

 If it’s been

·
21 days or more since
you e-filed

·
6 weeks or more since
you mailed your return

·
Or if the IRS’s Where's My Refund page tells you to contact them

Then the IRS asks that you call them at these
numbers
