      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sent could mean "I walked outside and put it in the mailbox". That does not mean it's been received by the intended recipient. Same goes for electronic transfer too. Just because it's been "transmitted", does not mean it's been received by the intended recipient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
