Turbo tax automatically created payment vouchers I owe 1,129.00.

It broke down due amount into 4 voucher payments.

My question is are this breakdown okay with the IRS?

Cause I wanted to e file but don't know which to chose file and mail check with my first voucher will

this be correct or they expect complete payment? Or just by seeing the Voucher I will be good?

The other option is I want to request payment plan? Do I have to go there or how can I E file

I already have the vouchers created by turbo tax?

Please let me know it's confusing.

No. Those four 1040ES vouchers are not for you to pay your 2024 tax due. Those are for paying estimated quarterly tax for 2025 to help you avoid a big tax bill for 2025 and an underpayment penalty next year. You are not required to use them; they are optional.

If you owe tax due for 2024, you are supposed to pay by April 15, 2025 or set up a payment plan.

If you owe tax due, you have to pay it yourself by the filing deadline on April 15, 2025.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

https://www.irs.gov/payments

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-payments/help/how-can-i-pay-my-federal-taxes/00/26212

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-payments/help/how-do-i-pay-my-irs-tax-due-with-a-check-or-money-order/00/26403

To apply for a payment plan with the IRS

Apply Online for a Payment Plan

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

The payment vouchers are not reported to the IRS, and you don't have to pay them.

They are 2025 estimated payment that we suggest so that you do not have a tax penalty in 2025.
