I was charged an extra $40.00 refund processing fee that I did not agree to. How can these places just take money from our accounts like this without our prior authorization? I agreed to pay 93.59 for a service which should have been free for the convenience of their service, and then they went and charged me $40 more dollars on top of it. When do the little guys get a break. This is ridiculous.

Just like you watch your total if you are placing an order on amazon, buying milk and bread at the grocery store, paying the check at a restaurant, or pumping gas into your car, you are supposed to look at the total of your fees in TurboTax BEFORE you pay them. If you were paying attention you would have seen the $40 refund processing fee that could have been avoided. That fee was for paying your other TT fees from your federal refund instead of paying upfront using your own credit or debit card.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?

Ive been using turbo tax for years and this never happened before.....
