Tabor refund

I claimed the tabor refund. It is not showing up in my CO refund box. The CO refund just shows my refund without Tabor included. I did the boxes that I am not incarcerated and will file by Oct 15th.

The Tabor "sales tax refund" is down on line 35 of the Form 104.

Do you have a CO tax liability? If you don't, then no TABOR sales tax refund.

Yes I paid CO taxes. Turbo Tax says I get the refund if I go to forms and manually answer the two question but it is not computing in my CO refund. It seems to be an error with Turbo Tax

You can claim this year’s TABOR refund if all of these are true for you:

If you were 18 or older for all of 2024
You lived in Colorado for all of 2024
You owe tax on your 2024 Colorado state income tax return, or you are claiming a refund of wage withholding

To revisit that section in your CO return:

Open your CO state return and continue until you see a screen with the title, Qualifying for the Colorado Sales Tax Refund. Answer the next two questions and the amount will be included on your return.
