Refund Delay

I filed my taxes on January 26.. my refund was pretty large (over 10k) and I still have not received it. I check my IRS account online daily. These are the codes I get:

810 Refund Freeze on 1/30/2025

570 Additional Account Action pending on 3/3/2025

571 Resolved Additional Account Action Pending 3/10/2025

What do these mean and how do I resolve these? There are no notices in my account either?

Once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return and/or release of your refund. If you have any inquiries regarding any delay, you should contact the IRS or your state Department of revenue directly for further assistance.
