I used intuit Turbo Tax and filed yesterday.. I was charged $200 for Live assisted premium and I have never asked for that and I sure never received a LIVE ASSISTED anyone to help me file my taxes! I did EVERY, SINGLE bit of it on my own! When I realized the mistake I immediately went to turbo tax and asked for a refund! I figured they would absolutely refund my money since I DID NOT have a LIVE ASSISTED anyone to help with my taxes. I filed 1 W-2 and did it on my own. Guess what? Absolutely not, they will NOT give me a refund. I have used them for the last 4 years and have paid for some of their services here and there and last year I filed for free but never in the history of NEVER have I EVER paid $200!!!! I am 55 years old, the computer is hard for me to understand at times so I was VERY careful to read and make sure I did not buy something I did not need. I am so sad, my bank account is wiped out and now I will only get a few dollars on my refund to make up for this, I will never use this service again.

that is the number i have called 5 times, no help! They have gone in to my computer and tried to help me.. All I end up with is an email that says TOO BAD.. you are gonna pay for it! No Refund. So disappointed. Thanks so much though.

If you did not use the service, you should have removed it before you paid. Customer support cannot issue a refund for it unless you paid with a credit card. Just how the system works. There is nothing there to refund.

If you paid with your refund then the money is no available for refund. It is best not to agree to pay for the service and then call for a refund. Better to get the problem taken care of before you pay.
