Starting in December 2024, you can get live, expert tax advice on demand. Our dedicated team of tax experts, who have an average of 12 years’ experience, are available when you need them to provide personalized advice and answers to all your tax-related questions for one 2024 tax return.

Here’s how it works:

Install and activate TurboTax Desktop with your Intuit Account.
Enter your license code provided with your purchase.
After you start your TurboTax return, select Live Tax Advice.
Enter your personal and billing information and select Charge my card.
You will be charged $60.
To get started with an expert, select Connect with an expert and you'll be able to request a phone call.
When an expert calls you back at the assigned time, you can ask unlimited questions and get help with this tax return.""

I completed steps 1 thru 6 no problem.

Step 7 has not happened in 6 days. I try every day the same procedure ( I did only get charged the first time)

So, Are you guys that busy or is the system broken?

Really would like to hear something from TT so I know what to do next.
