Filed State Return Not Found

TurboTax shows that my state return was e-filed and accepted over two weeks ago. However, when I check both my state’s tax refund tracker and taxpayer portal, the return is not found.

How can I make sure that the return was properly e-filed with my state.

Check if it shows on the IRS Where's My Refund site and on your States' Where's My Refund site.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Already got my IRS refund, but, as I said originally, it does not show up in my state’s refund tracker.

I would call your state's Dept of Revenue to inquire.
