If I am acting as Trustee and filing 1040X for my deceased mother (no surviving spouse), where do I sign and what information do I need to included? Do I just put my name? or do I need to state that I am trustee? I am not a court appointed personal representative as my mother had a revocable living trust set up.

If you are filing the amended return, you can follow the instructions here. Be sure to mark the box in the personal information you are filing on behalf of a deceased individual.

When you file the amended return, it will provide you all the instructions with what you need to send in (if anything).
