      <description>&lt;P&gt;No absolutely impossible. &amp;nbsp;Federal and state are completely separate. If you owe your state you have to pay using your state’s preferred method of payment. Most states want a check or money order, or payment on their own web site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
