I'm using TurboTax to amend my 2015 return because I did not take asset depreciation of my rental property. After some inputs, TurboTax has produced a packet of 15-page documents, including a cover page, 1040X, Form1040 for 2015, Schedule A, Schedule E, Form 8863, Form 4562, Electronic Postmark. Do I need to mail IRS the entire packet or do I need to mail IRS only those forms related to the amendment, such as Form 1040X, Schedule E, and Form 4562? Thank you!

Only send the forms related to the amendment, which are the ones you've noted in your final sentence above. In addition, check Schedule A, since it's possible that may also have been affected, due to a potential change in AGI.
