My tax was accepted 2/12 but is still processing. Why is that ?

There are two possible reasons. There may be some error or question on something in your return that requires human intervention. Or the IRS might be behind in processing due to less workers this year. You can call the IRS and check on it. The best time to call is 7:00 AM in your timezone.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
