TurboTax cannot pick up something you overlooked from your 1099-B, but the IRS will - and they will send you a letter called a CP2000 billing you for taxes, penalties and interest if it makes a change to your tax bill in their favor.

Better to see if it makes a difference before they do and file an amended return if necessary. Here is a link to the instructions to Amend My Return in TurboTax.
