I was accepted ion the 21st. The date on the IRS app says Friday March 7. What time will it hit my account

Always go by the actual date provided on the IRS website as we have no control over your return once the IRS has accepted it for processing. The IRS website have the most accurate and up to date information. It gets updated once a day. If you have any inquiries regarding any refund delay, you should contact the IRS or your state Department of revenue directly.

Also, it is up to the bank's discretion on whether they will issue an early refund. (For this last part, you can contact your bank to see if there's any pending transaction that is on its way).

The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days, assuming that there is no delay and nothing is holding your return. Some returns are subject to an automatic hold due to the Path Act when certain credits are claimed.

The (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit. For more information click on the link below

You are asking what time of day your refund will post to your account? No one in this user forum can tell you what time your own bank will post a deposit. Banks vary in regard to what time they post deposits. And....even though the IRS says the refund will be issued on 3-7-see below:
