Click on File on the lest side of the online program screen. On Step 2, if you have a tax refund click on Direct Deposit or if you have taxes owed click on Direct Debit. The following screen will show your bank information which you can edit as needed.

You cannot change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted. The IRS does not allow it.

Thanks. I don't have this screen at all. It only shows previously saved bank account information. I can't see a way to change it.

If you have completed your tax return and e-filed the 2024 return, then the bank information cannot be changed.
