I received my refund today and I am short 232 dollars. I was supposed to get back 1000.50 from the IRS they confirmed. My fees were 89 how do i get a deposit of only 679? Seems like everyone is having a problem with this TPG place. I been on hold for 54 mins now trying to talk with someone. Turbo tax say they can't do anything about it which is more than a problem because they work for you. I need answers i wish i would have looked on the review before i filled i would have never wasted my time or my money. Someone needs to be sued if they are scamming people out of their money. NEVER AGAIN.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.  

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

The IRS LETS YOU KNOW IF THEY ARE TAKING STUFF OUT ITS ON THE WEBSITE. AND IF MORE THEN ONE PERSON IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM THERE IS A PROBLEM! STOP TRYING TO PUT IT ON THE IRS! TAKE Accountability!! AND FIND OUT WHERE OUR MONEY IS GOING!
