TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return. TT does not know anything about a letter the IRS is sending to you. How do you know you are getting a letter? Does the IRS refund site say they are mailing you a letter? Wait for the letter to see what it says, and then ask questions if you do not understand the letter.

If you checked your status on the IRS website and it says that they issued a letter you should contact the IRS directly. Also Keep in mind that once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State we have no control over your return.
