I got an email Thursday from TurboTax saying the state accepted my return but the state is telling me that I have to file still anyone else having that issue?

What exactly did the state tell you? If you checked on the state website, it may not have updated yet. There is sometimes a lag between TurboTax and the state agency, but TurboTax would not send you notification that the return was accepted unless it has confirmation from the state.

State site says not yet received not yet processed TurboTax says accepted since since 2-20-25

There is a lag between acceptance and the state site being updated for refund tracking. It may take up to ten business days to reflect on the Colorado site for early filers due to the backlog of returns being processed (though typically it doesn't take quite that long.) The site is updated once per day, so continue to check daily and you should have an update soon.
