Haven't received state refund

My check was "mailed" on the 10th of February and I am still waiting for this check in the mail. Anyone know what's going on and is anyone else going through this too?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

It was accepted and it was sent out on the 10th of February according to MyconnecT but it still hasn't arrived.

Then contact myconnecCT to find out where the refund was sent.

Supposedly "to the address on file" which is my address
