      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the automated response. But in my case, what you have explained is already proven false. I received an email saying the "5 day early offer can not be kept" almost a week ago. And I do not see how you can have my funds deposited into my account on the 26th (tomorrow), if Turbo Tax hasn't even been paid their fees yet, and there is no action by Cross River and my funds are also not with Santa Barbara... so I am going to assume Cross River is holding it until the 26th then will need to transfer to TT and TT will then transfer to me. All the while gaining interest on my funds and everyone else's who is being held. And because we have no way to monitor, nothing with TT, SBTPG or TT, we are all left to sit with great anxiety.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;IRS&amp;nbsp; sent my check to my Navy Federal&amp;nbsp; account on the 20th of February,&amp;nbsp; Instead&amp;nbsp; of Cross River taking their&amp;nbsp; fees&amp;nbsp; out, that took my entire refund and deposit it into one of their accounts.&amp;nbsp; Every time&amp;nbsp; I call them, every department has an answer&amp;nbsp; machine including&amp;nbsp; loan, debit cards and other departments, you can't&amp;nbsp; speak with anyone.&amp;nbsp; It's been since the 14th since IRS approved&amp;nbsp; my refund,&amp;nbsp; today is the 3rd of March. I will never use Turbo&amp;nbsp; again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Everywhere I go the check from intuit via crossovers is rejected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cross rivers bank claimed that they have no access to the account and the 91 in the routing number on the check is an account belonging to INTUIT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last year I use turbo tax for sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try to go to your local bank to open an account so you can deposit the check.&amp;nbsp; Some banks will allow you to open an account but will retain a small portion of the deposit until the check clears.&amp;nbsp; Another option is to find a bank that can cash large checks without any restrictions.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While you do get a date from the &lt;STRONG&gt;Internal Revenue Service &lt;/STRONG&gt;as to when your refund should be available, they do &lt;STRONG&gt;not specify exact times&lt;/STRONG&gt;. If you have a deposit date of today and have not received your refund yet, be patient.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are &lt;STRONG&gt;no fixed times or hours&lt;/STRONG&gt; when you can receive your 2024 tax refund during the &lt;STRONG&gt;2025 Tax Season.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, &lt;STRONG&gt;each bank varies&lt;/STRONG&gt; on when they post direct deposits. Even if your bank "usually" posts direct deposits at a certain time, they may handle Tax Refunds differently. &lt;P&gt;In the Community, we &lt;STRONG&gt;do not have access&lt;/STRONG&gt; to your TurboTax account and can not tell you where your refund is or why you do not have your deposit yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your refund date has passed and you have not received your refund, it may be that your direct deposit, for a variety of reasons, was not able to be completed and your refund is coming as a paper check to the address on your return.&lt;/P&gt;
