If the refund was rejected when the attempt was made to deposit it onto the card, then the IRS is most likely going to mail you a check. You can contact the IRS customer service and see if they can provide you with any further information. You can also contact Turbo pre-paid card customer service at (888) 285-4169 to see if they can tell you why the deposit was rejected.

Thank you for your response. I didn't get the turbo tax card. It is through money network, and I have already used half my refund already, so now the balance is a negative balance. Money network says they can't fix it to call irs, but it's can't talk to me until 21 days after I filed.the automated recording hangs up and all. Is there a direct phone number for irs?

Is there another number for the irs. This nun Dr tells me that I have to wait 21 days after I filed my taxes and that will be another week, and my paycheck is goong to come on this card in 2 days. If it is a negative balance it will take my whole paycheck. This just can't happen.

That is the only number that I have.
