Where is my refund

I did my taxes 2/6 accepted 2/6 and it's says accepted and refund issued 2/24 from IRS site I still have nothing I contacted my bank nothing pending not deposited I check account information good to go there I'm not understanding the issue I been doing business with TurboTax for years this has never happened why is this happening please explain

Once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return and/or release of your refund. If you have any inquiries on any delay you should contact the IRS or your state Department of revenue directly for further assistance.

I contacted them and the IRS said it was sent to my bank or whomever I filed with so this is incorrect and miss information the fees were paid so TurboTax took there money for filing so where is the rest of my refund because I paid with my refund?

Hi there! I’m in the same boat. My deposit date is today and there are no issues else where to slow down the process. Now I did receive an email from TurboTax saying my federal deposit is on the way and I should receive it by tomorrow….hopefully that’s true

I just received this email as well but why tomorrow if my deposit date is today. So I called TT and the gentleman agent said it should be there this afternoon but if not tomorrow for sure he could see that they received the refund

I literally just called them as well and a nice representative said the same thing. He said it should be there by 5PM today and if not today the. Definitely tomorrow. I understand the frustration about it not being deposited today as it said on the IRS website. The representative I spoke with said there is a delay in the TT system and timing has been off
