Try a print head cleaning, or print in Grayscale to get printer to use only the black cartridge for printing, after checking your ink levels of course. To clean, go to your printer and press the Menu button. then use the arrows to get to Set Up. Press OK on Set Up, then OK on Maintenance to find a list of tasks. Select Cleaning and be sure you have paper and ink in the machine for a cleaning. I recommend you print a Nozzle check pattern afterwards, and repeat if necessary. If 2 of those don't work use the Deep Cleaning.

Problem appears to be centered in TurboTax. Cleaned head on printer and put new ink in printer.
it prints out a head check with absolutely no errors. Also, when printing other material not associated with TurboTax, (in other words not printing from within turbotax) I get good copy with no errors. The problem is definitely tied to printing from turbo tax. Some how, some way, something within turbotax is causing text and numbers to be printed in light green.
