Why does the turbo tax tracker say my federal return is in my account but isn't? I checked the IRS website and it still says that they've been accepted and nothing more. I did get my state this morning but the federal is the big one I need

The date on the TurboTax website is only an estimate.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

Then why is there a tracker? How can they offer 5 days early? Why are they telling me I have my money and don't? If they don't know anything then they're lying to me, plain and simple. I did pay for 5 days early and yesterday would've been 5 days from the projected 21 days. Also, I've read that crap answer 8 times already on different questions

I'm trying to figure out the same thing because mine says it's in my account, and I received it today which is five days early but it's not in my account. So I called and spoke to someone with turbotax and they said they sent my payment already to my bank, but it's still not in there.
