I even do my family’s taxes through them every year and recommend them to everyone. They’ve been stellar until this year. &nbsp;I opted for the 5 days early which would prevent me from having to take other routes. Now today is that day, the awaited make or break me 5th day prior to my refund date, and account balance $-7.00. &nbsp;I log in to turbo tax and first thing I see is we couldn’t send your money early so we didn’t take the 25 bucks. Wait-what?! You tell me now??!!!!! On this day?!!! I trusted in this software. &nbsp;Five days early may seem ridiculous but those few days are so very much this year.
