Refund for state filing fee

I just paid the $39 filing fee to process my state taxes. And I am not talking about the Turbo Tax fee either. I ended up having to print and mail the returns. Will I be refunded the one $39 fee?

When you use online TurboTax the fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope. The fee was for using the software to prepare the return---it was not an extra fee to e-file.

Actually, we were charged $39 for the turbo tax fee and another $39 for efiling our state. But since we didn't efile, I was under the impression that we wouldn't pay that additional fee. We were charged $78.

Sorry, In the Online version the state is a separate fee to prepare. Efiling is free and included. So Deluxe is 39 for federal and 39 for state whether you efile or print and mail.
