When you choose to pay with your federal refund, your refund goes first to a third party bank. That bank receives the refund, takes out your TT fees and sends that amount to TT, takes out $40 for itself, and then sends the rest of the refund to your account. That can cause a delay of a couple of days----or maybe weeks or months depending on whether anything goes wrong with the bank and the "refund processing." And we hear lots of complaints---so use refund processing at your own risk.

If I opt to pay TT fees from my refund, will this delay my refund to my DD? Just a nice answer and no negative comments. Please and thank you.

Just great, this is the first time that I had to pay for TT services, I did do the out of refund option and now it will be the last. Thanks for your reply. Definitely never using TT again.
