Unfortunately they will post a message telling you they could not process the refund 5 days early. Ive yet to see anyone who has actually received the 5 day promotion that is path act related. Mines the same deposit date and its a real bummer TT wont honor the insentive. Leaves a real bad taste in my mouth with them. Thinking Tax Slayer will do my refund next year instead. 7 years ive used TT and they really let alot of us down.

You should get an email from TurboTax when your refund is on its way. If you don't receive your refund by the end of today, you will get a follow-up email from TurboTax telling you why they weren't able to deposit your funds on time, and you will get a refund of the $25 fee if you were charged.

This email never hairnet and I scissor had to call and speak with turbo tax and credit karma to process it

Sorry you had bad experience but I can officially attest that it did go through 5 days earlier, with credit karma, and having fees taken out. Hopefully this gives you some hope
