When I click on edit I get the page that asks "Did you pay generation-skipping taxes. No opportunity to edit.

What happens if you click No on the page that asks "Did you pay any generation-skipping taxes"? Does it not go on to pages for other expenses?

Thank you. I think the answer is that the amounts for that category were entered automatically based on some previous information I had inputted, so therefore not able to be edited.
