I have the same issue. The link you posted says it's fixed but does not give the solution.

How do I print the TurboTax Electronic Filing Instructions cover page with the 2024 Federal Tax Return Summary and this info

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

Print Center online isn't any help if you have been using the Desktop version.

The FAQ article is gone, because Intuit says the issue has been resolved.

It hasn't been resolved.

I still can't get the filing instructions and summary cover sheet for printing and filing by mail.

Use Print Center and the option of all worksheet to get your complete tax return including the Filing Instructions.
