How to cancel my pending return before filing

I started doing my federal taxes with online TurboTax. I got confused and bought the TurboTax product through Costco. I've already filed my federal and state taxes but I keep getting e-Mail's about finishing my federal tax online. How do I cancel that pending application?

I'm afraid that the only way to stop those emails is to go back into TurboTax and finish the return. As long as the system thinks that you haven't finished a tax return it feels obligated to remind you to do it.

Thanks but my tax return is already filed a different way. If I finish it I'll be filing a double tax return which doesn't seem correct.
