If no one can claim you as a dependent (and you are certain of that) when it asks in MY INFO if anyone can claim you as a dependent, you say NO.

if you do not qualify to be someone's dependent, go into the personal information worksheet and make sure that in part II line 1. "NO" is checked. as to another person being able to claim you as a dependent.

the other questions in that part should be left blank
