You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

No, you can't include a payment but you can ask for direct debit. The better option is to select that you will mail a payment -this is for the program, not your tax return. Do not mail a payment, instead, pay safely online at EasyPay Iowa | Department of Revenue.
