      <description>&lt;P&gt;They tried to take what I owed in state taxes and my account was negative I guess I didn't fully understand the question when they asked for a date to do so and now my account will be negative until my federal refund come what I owe in state does not outweigh my federal refund need to know if they are just going to take what I owe out of my federal when it arrives or will it still come regardless and they leave it up to me to make the payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
