Amending 2023 return

I am trying to amend my 2023 return, but I'm getting stuck in a loop at the end of the process. The problem seems to be in the State section. The system keeps asking me to 'Check My Return', finds one error, but when I 'Continue' or 'Review', the error never shows up or gets fixed. I've tried this on multiple browsers, logged out, etc.

We're aware of an issue where you may get stuck in a loop in federal review in TurboTax Online.

To get out of the loop, select File from the left menu. Follow the instructions to continue through your review and file your taxes.

I payed to get help and it's been a year and I'm not getting the help I need
