But no 971 for a notice issued. I have tried googling this and there is SO much conflicting information out there that I don't really know what is true and what isn't. Has anyone had experience with these codes with no notice issued from the IRS? Does a 424 always turn into a 420 for an audit? Or because I got 811 with no 971 notice sent, does that mean everything is good and I should get my refund okay?
